Everyone is different and to cater for this lessons are of variable length.  Lessons are available in 1, 1.5 and 2 hour lengths.  Some past pupils have requested and received sessions up to 3 hours.  At Excel School of Motoring it is entirely up to you how long each lesson is - provided your instructor agrees it is of a suitable length for you to cope with, you choose the length of the lesson.

Irrespective of the length of the lesson, they all share a common structure:

• a short recap of the previous driving lesson
• a full explanation of the subject to be covered either before moving off or at a more suitable location
• if appropriate or requested, a demonstration drive
• practice under suitable instruction and guidance for your skill level
• a discussion of progress made and update of your personal driving record
• arrange your following lesson.

All courses are flexible and will fit around you and your lifestyle.
